Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and aesthetic services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, pampered, and inspired to achieve their aesthetic goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in a fast-paced, innovative med spa setting, making a positive impact on every guest's experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, dermal laser treatments, body waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care. Administer advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and esthetic laser therapies to improve skin health and appearance. Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on skincare routines and product usage. Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff. Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos, upselling skincare solutions, and educating clients on product benefits. Engage with clients through social media management to build relationships, share success stories, and foster community engagement. Support front desk operations by greeting guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring excellent guest services throughout their visit. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in medical spa procedures. Proven expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, makeup application, straight razor shaving, tattooing, and other aesthetic services. Strong management skills with familiarity in salon software such as Millennium or
MINDBODY.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations within a medical spa environment. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor in a hospitality-driven setting. Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques and industry trends such as color theory or advanced facial treatments.
