Role Summary The Medical Aesthetician/ Patient coordinator provides high-quality skin treatments while supporting patient retention, retail sales, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role will grow into primarily a clinical position as our new practice scales but the position is ideal for someone with patient coordinator and front desk skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on treatment work and welcoming patients with a high touch concierge experience. Core Responsibilities Clinical Care & Treatments Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, peels, and device-based services Assess patient skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care Maintain treatment room cleanliness, equipment hygiene, and safety standards Document treatments accurately in patient charts Upsell & Revenue Support Recommend add-on treatments when clinically appropriate Upsell skincare products tied directly to patient needs and treatments Reinforce packages, memberships, and follow-up services Support long-term skin plans rather than one-off services Collaborate with the injector on complementary treatment planning Operations & Front Desk Support- temporarily Provide front desk, office flow and operational support. Follow leads, check out patients and maintain patient retention. Support accurate intake, consent verification, and follow-up workflows Qualifications Active esthetician or aesthetician license (Virginia) Experience in a medical spa or clinical setting preferred Strong patient communication and education skills Comfort with retail recommendations and service add-ons Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and safety Team-oriented and comfortable supporting shared workflows What Success Looks Like High patient satisfaction and repeat bookings Strong retail and add-on attachment rates Smooth handoffs between treatment rooms and front desk Clean, compliant documentation Patients who trust your recommendations and return consistently

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
