Requirements:

Must be a licensed Master Aesthetician in the state of Virginia Previous experience in a spa or salon setting Strong sales ability with a focus on recommending services and products Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor with a positive attitude Highly responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to engage with a diverse clientele Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Perform treatments such as Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial Syndeo, Microdermabrasion, IPL Laser. Educate clients on customized skincare regimens to promote healthy, radiant skin Sell the SkinCeuticals product line for at-home aftercare Contribute to marketing initiatives to increase awareness of our services Maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment Collaborate effectively with coworkers and management Maintain a flexible schedule and professional appearance Ensure reliability by attending all scheduled shifts If you're ready to elevate your career and join a team committed to delivering excellence in skincare, we'd love to hear from you!
