The ideal candidate is skilled in advanced aesthetic treatments, patient education, treatment planning, skincare sales, and delivering exceptional results-driven care in a luxury medical spa environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and aesthetic consultations. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and skin concerns. Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including: HydraFacial Advanced facials Chemical peels Dermaplaning Microneedling RF Microneedling Laser treatments and IPL (where permitted by licensure and practice protocols) Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-treatment care. Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products, treatment packages, and maintenance plans. Maintain accurate EMR documentation, treatment records, and before-and-after photos. Follow all clinical safety protocols, infection control procedures, and treatment guidelines. Maintain expertise in skincare products, devices, and treatments offered by the practice. Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content, educational events, and promotional campaigns. Assist with inventory management and product ordering as needed. Qualifications Active Virginia Master Esthetician License required. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice. Experience with HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced facial treatments. Experience with laser platforms preferred. Strong consultation, communication, and client retention skills. Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, luxury client-focused environment. Preferred Skills HydraFacial Certification SkinPen or equivalent Microneedling experience Morpheus8 or RF Microneedling experience Laser Hair Removal experience IPL / Photofacial experience Strong retail skincare sales experience Established client following is a plus Experience with social media content and marketing participation is a plus.
