This role is an opportunity to become a brand ambassador and growth driver for our center—helping increase treatment bookings, skincare sales, memberships, referrals, and overall patient engagement.
What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional Aesthetic Services:
Provide customized, results-driven treatments including HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, customized facials, and other advanced skincare services within your scope of practice.
Build Your Book of Business:
Actively grow your client base through exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, community relationships, events, and strategic follow-up.
Drive Sales & Revenue:
Consistently recommend appropriate skincare products, treatment plans, packages, and VIP memberships based on each client's goals. Own the
Client Experience:
Create memorable experiences that turn first-time guests into loyal, repeat clients and enthusiastic brand advocates. Be a
Brand Ambassador:
Represent the brand professionally in the center, at community events, networking opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities.
Support Marketing & Social Media:
Create engaging content, participate in photos/videos, promote services and promotions, share skincare education, and help build 4Ever Young's presence within the local community.
Generate New Business:
Participate in marketing initiatives, outbound calls/texts, events, partnerships, networking, referral programs, and other activities designed to generate leads and new patient appointments.
Increase Patient Retention:
Educate clients on personalized skincare routines and treatment plans while proactively scheduling their next appointment. Collaborate With the
Team:
Work closely with medical providers, PCCs, and management to identify opportunities to enhance patient outcomes and grow the business.
Maintain Excellence:
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, stocked, and consistent with 4Ever Young standards.
Stay Current:
Continue developing expertise in advanced skincare treatments, products, trends, and industry best practices. What We're Looking For Active Master Esthetician license (Virginia). Proven experience in a medical spa, med spa, dermatology, or advanced aesthetics environment. Strong experience with advanced skincare treatments such as HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials. Demonstrated success in retail sales, treatment recommendations, rebooking, and/or membership sales. A natural ability to confidently educate and grow a relationship with clients. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a clientele and growing revenue. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Comfortable participating in social media content and representing the brand publicly at marketing events. Energetic, outgoing, professional, polished, and highly motivated. Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
