In this role, you will leverage your expertise in skincare and aesthetic treatments to deliver exceptional services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services based on your licensure and skillset. You may offer wax services, lash Services, makeup application and body treatments. Conduct client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend aesthetic treatments and retail products. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in all procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment. Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and the benefits of various treatments to foster trust and loyalty. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized attention. Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and promoting ongoing client engagement. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies. Proficiency in spa services such as waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect effectively with clients. Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to uphold health standards. Proven sales skills with the ability to promote retail products confidently. Knowledge of cosmetology practices combined with a passion for aesthetic treatments that enhance client satisfaction.
