In this role, you will provide high-quality facial treatments, face and body waxing, tinting, and eyelash services to our clients. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent customer service skills, committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment through proper infection control practices. Candidates must have their own clientele, and we offer a high commission rate of 50% as a reward for your expertise and client base. Responsibilities Perform facial treatments to meet individual client needs Conduct face and body waxing services with precision and care Provide tinting and eyelash extension services to enhance client appearance Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied Maintain strict infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Collaborate effectively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere Manage your own clientele, building relationships to encourage repeat business Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations Skills Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state or local regulations Proven experience in facial treatments, waxing, tinting, and lash services Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients Excellent communication skills and professionalism Ability to work well within a team environment Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own clientele effectively Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety standards Join our team as a Licensed Esthetician and bring your expertise to a supportive environment where your skills are valued.
