Master Aesthetician Opportunity Elevate Dermatology & Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Master Aesthetician to join our growing dermatology and plastic surgery practice in the Richmond/Henrico market. Opportunity to help grow a high-quality medical aesthetics program within an established dermatology and plastic surgery practice Collaborative, physician-led environment with access to clinical expertise and referral support No weekends and no holidays, supporting a predictable work-life balance Competitive hourly compensation with bonus potential Professional setting focused on patient trust, long-term relationships, and excellent outcomes What We're Looking For Current Virginia Master Esthetician license 2-3 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics required Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor Strong reliability, work ethic, and follow-through Excellent attention to detail, organization, and treatment room readiness Interest in collaborating with physicians and clinical team members to support patient care High level of computer proficiency and comfort with electronic medical records Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment Your Role Perform medical aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, acne treatments, LED therapy, extractions, and hair removal services within scope of practice. Conduct thoughtful patient consultations and recommend customized treatment plans. Educate patients on skincare products, treatment expectations, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Prepare, stock, and maintain treatment rooms and equipment according to OSHA and infection control standards. Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver a seamless, elevated patient experience.
