House of Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Master Esthetician with at least six months of experience for our growing medical spa. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics and who wants to grow with a growing small business. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for clinical, results-oriented treatments and is looking to grow.

We offer treatments including:

Laser Hair removal, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and a range of Facial services. Our goal is to have someone grow with us as we expand our location and services. There will be full-time potential into 2027.

Position Expectations & Responsibilities:

Puts patient safety above all else Maintain a positive and professional attitude Treats ever patient with respect, acting with an "owner" mentality Ability to address hair removal, IPL, and skin care concerns Practices all service treatment protocols as needed Practices the highest standard of safety, sanitation, neatness Actively builds repeat clientele Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skincare goals and address any concerns... and refer to other practitioners as needed Strong sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Master Aesthetician Must be passionate about medical aesthetics Laser experience preferred

Preferred:

Experience in social media posting to promote services and attract new client Good organizational skills and follow-through
