Job Description
Overview Piedmont Massage & Spa is a luxurious holistic spa seeking a Licensed Master Esthetician to become a vital part of an elegant, client-focused environment dedicated to delivering exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments. In this role, you will utilize your advanced esthetic skills to provide personalized skincare solutions and elevate client experiences. and promote overall wellness. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals through innovative treatments and outstanding service, all within a vibrant, high-end setting that values professionalism and artistry. Duties Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs. Perform spa treatments such as body waxing, waxing services, deep tissue massage, and other aesthetic treatments to promote relaxation and skin health. Conduct professional product demos and recommend retail products tailored to each client's skin type and concerns. Deliver advanced skincare procedures like laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels with precision and safety. Ensure all treatments adhere to sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Engage in client communication to understand their goals, explain treatment options clearly, and provide personalized skincare advice. Assist in retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and promoting additional services to enhance their experience. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician with certification in Cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience in skincare, spa services, esthetic laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong knowledge of skincare products, facials, waxing services (including body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and dermabrasion techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their individual needs. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments with attention to detail while maintaining high standards of sanitation. Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to recommend retail products confidently. Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends as needed.
