We're looking for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, personable, passionate about results, and excited to build their clientele while contributing to the growth and visibility of the Kenzthetics brand.
Requirements Applicants must have:
Active Washington State Master Esthetician license Minimum 4 years of professional esthetics experience Hands-on experience with microneedling Hands-on experience with laser treatments Strong experience performing chemical peels Experience with advanced skincare treatments and consultations Strong knowledge of professional skincare and skin health Current professional liability insurance/ASCP coverage Excellent communication and client-service skills Professional, reliable, and positive attitude Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Willingness to promote your work and participate in our social media presence Compensation & Paid Training All new hires will complete a 3-week paid training period designed to familiarize you with Kenzthetics protocols, services, products, client experience, and standards. $30/hour during training Guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week for all 3 weeks Total guaranteed training hours: 60 hours Commission After Training Once the training period is successfully completed, compensation will transition to commission: 35% commission on services , including all facials 25% commission on microneedling 30% commission on advanced/larger chemical peels 30% commission on laser services 10% retail commission Social Media & Personal Branding At Kenzthetics, our team is an important part of our brand. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being on camera, creating content, showcasing their work, and participating in our online presence. You do not need to be a professional content creator, but you must be willing and excited to participate .
You will be expected to:
Take photos and videos of your work Be comfortable appearing in Instagram/TikTok content Showcase treatments, results, skincare education, and your personality Promote your services and help grow your clientele Participate in Kenzthetics content and marketing efforts Represent the Kenzthetics brand professionally both in the studio and online We see social media as an opportunity to showcase your talent, grow your clientele, and build your personal brand — not as a chore.
