We are looking for a superstar Nail & Skin Care Product Assembly Technician to help us manufacture and distribute nail and skin care products to our customers around the world. As a Nail & Skin Care Product Assembly Technician with our team, you will be a critical part of helping us fulfill and ship orders to our customers who are excited to receive and use their purchases. You will primarily help with product packaging and product manufacturing. Compensation Minimum Wage Free Products to Employees 401(k) 401(k) matching 5 Paid Holidays Paid Birthday Holiday This job might be for you if you: are at least 18 years old have transportation are comfortable with following specific processes can work independently and as a team member are able to read fine print, lift 50 lb, have fine motor skills with repetitive motions (you will be making and filling products as well as applying sticker labels to different product containers which requires attention to detail and precision) can work close to 40 hours per week have a positive and forward thinking attitude can learn quickly and will be able to improve speed over time without sacrificing quality As our Nail & Skin Care Product Assembly Technician, a typical day might include the following: Placing labels on bags Putting finished products into bags Counting and helping prepare large shipments of products that will be sent to fulfillment warehouses, including moving and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs Using small filling machines to make nail oil pens and using labeling machines to label products Assessing and counting items as part of the receiving process to verify quality and quantity You would hate this job if: you easily get flustered by a lot of things going on at the same time you are sensitive to fragrances you are defensive, argumentative, and blame others when things go wrong you do not like following established systems and processes you do not like doing the same thing for long periods of time you do not live in, or would not like to commute to Olympia you are not able to work close to 40 hours per week you have personal drama
