Key Responsibilities The Master Esthetician will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare services while creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Performing professional facials and skincare treatments within Washington State scope of practice Following New U protocols, treatment standards, and patient care expectations Providing a warm, polished, and professional experience for every patient Educating patients on skincare services, products, and at-home routines Recommending appropriate retail products based on each patient's skin goals and needs Staying knowledgeable on current products, promotions, treatment options, and skincare trends Maintaining accurate patient documentation when applicable Supporting clinic goals through teamwork, professionalism, and excellent service Building positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and leadership Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patient care Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, positive, and passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin. This person should be comfortable working in a high-standard clinical aesthetics environment and should enjoy both patient care and retail product education.
