What you'll do as an Elements Massage Whitefish Bay esthetician: Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests. Achieve personal and studio goals. Explain, recommend and sell products and services. Perform services, including but not limited to facials, dermaplaning and chemical peels Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and expectations. Give service recommendations and rebook clients. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences using studio software. Create and maintain a partnership with the studio team to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. What we're looking for: At least one year of professional experience providing facial treatments to clients. Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell services effectively. Experience performing customized facials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels. Strong understanding of skincare products, treatment protocols, and client consultations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Availability for flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends as needed. Valid Wisconsin State esthetician license.
