- Prepare spaces for viewings, services, and ceremonies, ensuring each area is welcoming and properly arranged.
- Organize and manage floral displays, ensuring they are presented thoughtfully and respectfully.
- Operate audio-visual equipment during services, including playing music or slideshows as requested.
- Assist families and staff at chapel, church, and graveside services, providing necessary support throughout each stage.
- Welcome visitors, guiding them to appropriate areas and providing any needed information or comfort.
- Offer gentle and supportive guidance to grieving families, maintaining a calm, respectful, and empathetic demeanor.
- Follow all the cleanup instructions.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for setting up venues or transporting equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with funeral directors and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to services provided, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
