Position Overview As a Funeral Director at Flintoft's, you will play a vital role in guiding families through one of life's most significant moments. You will provide professional, organized, and compassionate care while ensuring every service reflects the wishes and dignity of those we serve. Key Responsibilities Arrange and conduct funeral and memorial services with professionalism, attention to detail, and compassion Guide families through the arrangement process, ensuring clear communication and support Prepare and casket decedents for visitation and services Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations Complete administrative responsibilities including documentation, phone support, and case management Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless, high-quality service Qualifications Current State Funeral Director license (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of compassion, integrity, and professionalism Proficiency with computers and funeral home management software Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer We believe in taking care of our team so they can take care of others.
