Responsibilities Operate and monitor laundry machines including industrial dryers, garment care machines, and washing units to ensure efficient performance. Assist customers with laundry services, providing friendly guidance on machine use, detergent options, and garment care. Handle laundry materials safely, including detergents and cleaning agents, following proper sanitation and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of the facility by performing routine cleaning tasks and ensuring sanitation standards are met throughout the day. Use push carts and manual handling techniques to transport laundry loads safely within the premises, including heavy lifting when necessary. Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and enforce safety protocol adherence to prevent accidents or injuries. Manage inventory of laundry supplies and detergents, restocking as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, laundry services, or textile cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and the use of push carts. Basic math skills for managing laundry loads and processing transactions or payments if applicable.
