Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager Job Summary The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring a constant supply of clean linens, towels, and uniforms to support hotel operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining the high cleanliness and comfort standards associated with the Homewood Suites by Hilton guest experience. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial washers and dryers according to established procedures Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and hotel uniforms Inspect all laundered items for stains, damage, or wear and remove substandard items from circulation Maintain proper chemical usage and safety standards when handling cleaning agents Ensure laundry area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards Track and manage linen inventory levels and report shortages Deliver clean linens to housekeeping storage areas as needed Assist housekeeping team with additional tasks when required Respond promptly to internal requests for laundry items Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues Qualifications Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (up to 50 lbs) Ability to work in a warm, humid environment Work Environment Laundry facility within hotel setting Exposure to heat, humidity, and cleaning chemicals Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Benefits (Optional Section) Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee hotel discounts within the Hilton portfolio Career growth opportunities
