Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate and maintain laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and folding stations to ensure optimal performance Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures Wash, Dry and Fold customers laundry through our busy Pick up and Delivery service. Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies regularly Monitor machines for proper operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and report maintenance needs promptly Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance on machine use, and resolving concerns efficiently Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health standards to create a safe environment for all patrons Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to perform cleaning tasks diligently and maintain a tidy workspace Familiarity with laundry or dry cleaning processes is a plus but not mandatory Reliable work ethic with punctuality and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving laundry carts This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a lively environment while developing valuable skills in customer service, cleaning, and operational support.
