In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling laundry services, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting overall hotel operations. Duties Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment to ensure proper cleaning of linens, uniforms, and guest clothing Handle laundry materials with care, including sorting, folding, pressing, and organizing textiles according to hotel standards Use push carts and other materials handling tools to transport laundry loads safely across the facility Maintain sanitation and safety standards by adhering to protocols for the use of laundry detergents and cleaning agents Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to bulk laundry loads while following manual handling safety procedures Check In Guest using Hotel-Key PMS System (Computer experience is a must) Processing Night Audit/ End of day process and gathering reports Qualifications Prior experience in guest service and laundry services or hospitality industry preferred, especially in hotel environments Knowledge of textile cleaning techniques including laundry washing, dry cleaning, and garment care machine operation Knowledge of Hotel-Key PMS (preferred, not a deal breaker) Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively, including heavy lifting and material movement Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocol guidelines Basic math skills for inventory management and process tracking Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards team collaboration Join us in delivering exceptional textile care that elevates guest experiences!
