We are located in South Maui but service clients all over Maui. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining linens, garments and clothing items. Health and Dental Coverage depending on Full or Part Time Status. Responsibilities Operate laundry machines such as washers and dryers to process linens, towels, and guest garments efficiently. Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal care. Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining the cleanliness of laundry areas. Inspect items for stains or damage and notify management for special handling or repairs. Maintain accurate records of laundry loads processed and supplies used. Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and ensure proper storage. Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Warm and caring personality with a focus on customer service and assisting the customer. Ability to work as part of a team and being a good teammate. Knowledge of laundry equipment operation, including washers, dryers, and other equipment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality control. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying heavy loads safely. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to laundry operations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
