NOW HIRING - BILINGUAL LAUNDROMAT ATTENDANT / DROP-OFF LAUNDRY
Lakeview - Chicago Part-Time Afternoon/Evening ShiftTuesday, Thursday & Friday | 3:00 PM-10:00 PM We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and responsible bilingual person to join our laundromat team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly assistance
- Helping customers with washers and dryers when needed
- Accepting and processing drop-off laundry
- Washing, drying, folding and packaging customer laundry
- Keeping the laundromat clean, organized and welcoming
- Handling payments and answering customer questions
- Providing friendly and respectful customer service
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Friendly, patient and comfortable interacting with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented, especially when handling customers' personal laundry
- Previous laundry or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to learn and follow our laundry procedures
