At Chalet Living and Rehab, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Laundry Aid, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, comfortable, and hygienic. If you're passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, and wash laundry items, including linens, towels, and clothing
- Operate industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Fold, iron, and package clean laundry items for distribution to residents and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to infection control guidelines
- Assist with cleaning and disinfecting common areas and equipment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
