Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full Time 1st Shift Laundry Associate or a 2nd Shift Part Time Laundry Associate and become a vital part of delivering exceptional garment care and laundry services. In this energetic role, you will handle the processing, cleaning, and finishing of garments with precision and care. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our workspace remains spotless and our residents receive top-quality service. Responsibilities Sorting linens, towels, clothing and other laundry items by color, size and material Wrapping laundry items for delivery to residents Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization protocols Cleaning and maintaining laundry room area and equipment Unloading laundry from commercial dryers Stocking laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, laundry bags and fabric softener Creating laundry tags with identifiable resident information Creating invoices for laundry orders Skills Previous long term care experience is highly desirable, especially in laundry or garment care roles Strong knowledge of fabric care, garment finishing techniques, and dry cleaning processes Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with proper technique Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of cleaning detergents, workspace maintenance, and safety procedures in a laundry environment This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are committed to delivering outstanding garment care. Pay:
