The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service while ensuring that all areas of the laundromat are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall customer experience. We are looking to fill our Monday and Wednesday 6:45AM to 2pm shift and a rotating 6:45AM to 2pm weekend shift. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a high level of customer service. Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Must be able to lift 50lbs Process laundry orders with customer preferences. ability to make sound judgments and decisions based common sense. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Launder and dry clean clothing, linens, towels, and other items as required, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Clean and maintain designated areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the facility. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in hotel operations or similar environments is a plus. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively. A commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
