Are you tired of working on call, weekends, crawl spaces, hot attics or rooftops. Consider a career change to work for T&L Equipment Sales. We are a distributor for commercial laundry equipment covering NC & SC, in search of someone with previous equipment technician experience (plumbing, electrical and gas connections) to join our service team. Online and hands-on training will be provided. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair commercial laundry equipment, install parts provided as needed Installation of new equipment. Document all service activities, including time and materials in our service app. Expense reports with copies of receipts turned in every office visit. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair work to ensure satisfaction Communicate effectively with service manager, parts department. Maintain tools, service equipment, and service vehicle Some overtime and overnights are occasional and booked well in advance to not interfere with family time.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with clean record. Pass background and drug testing. Experience with light electrical, gas and plumbing. Must be able to self manage time. Load and unload heavy equipment with hand truck or dolly Excellent customer service.
