Process laundry orders accurately, including sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and packaging garments. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning machines, work areas, and tools using appropriate cleaning detergents. Assist customers with their laundry needs by providing friendly service, answering questions about services offered, and processing cash transactions efficiently. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of laundry loads and garment handling while adhering to safety protocols. Monitor machine performance; perform basic troubleshooting or report issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel laundry services is highly desirable.
