Overview Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Laundry Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our laundry operations running smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking motivated individuals for 1st shift to help us deliver high-quality laundry services for a variety of clients including healthcare facilities, and industrial partners. Duties Operate laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, and folding equipment with precision and care Sort, load, and unload linens, uniforms, and other textiles efficiently while maintaining quality standards Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Inspect finished products for quality, stains, or damage, ensuring only the best items are delivered Maintain accurate records of laundry loads, processing times, and inventory levels Assist with general cleaning tasks to uphold a safe and sanitary work environment Experience Prior experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques Familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety standards in industrial or hospitality settings Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Strong work ethic with a focus on efficiency, quality, and teamwork Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety practices in a laundry environment This position is paid and offers an engaging work environment where your contributions directly impact our clients' satisfaction.
