Overview Join our dynamic laundromat team as a Part-Time Wash, Dry, and Folder Associate! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our laundry operations, ensuring that every garment is treated with care and delivered with excellence. Duties Handle laundry processing tasks including washing, drying, folding, and packaging garments efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning workstations and using appropriate cleaning detergents Assist customers with their laundry services, answer questions about garment care, and process cash transactions accurately Perform manual handling of heavy laundry loads safely and efficiently while adhering to proper lifting techniques Ensure all processing equipment is functioning correctly and report any maintenance needs promptly Experience Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, providing familiarity with customer service standards and garment finishing procedures Strong understanding of cleaning routines, workspace maintenance, and handling cleaning detergents safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued and comfortable Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards must be able to light 40lbs Must be able to open or close, shifts are 7am-3pm and 1pm-8pm
