Laundry Attendant Overview:
We are searching for an enthusiastic, hardworking laundry attendant committed to providing our guests with an exceptional stay at our hotel. You will play a crucial role in the presentation of the guests' rooms, ensuring all linens are well cared for and maintained.
Responsibilities include:
Sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and terry. Remove stains using proper procedure and chemicals. Keeping an update inventory of detergents Performing appropriate maintenance on machines and informing management of machine repairs needs. Ensuring the facility remains clean. Adhering to all safety protocols. Stocking and maintaining laundry closets are stocked with proper amount of linen.
Job Requirements:
If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you: Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills. Pleasant and friendly demeanor. Able to work as a team and independently. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina. Ability to follow instructions.
