PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE & LAUNDRY ATTENDANT

• $18/hr + tips + commission Pop In Laundry is a modern, community-focused laundromat known for excellent customer service and a spotless store. We're looking for a reliable, friendly attendant to join our team. The Schedule — Same Days, Same Times, Every Week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

• 5:00-9:00 PM (16 hrs/week) Additional Pickup & Delivery hours available (typically 5:00-8:00 AM / 5:00-8:00 PM). Customer Service Greet every customer who walks in; get to know your regulars by name Walk customers through wash-dry-fold pricing, turnaround times, and machine use Handle complaints, mix-ups, and machine problems calmly — and make them right Answer phone and app questions about orders Process transactions on our POS system Cleanliness Wipe down folding tables between customers; keep machines and glass fingerprint-free Clear lint traps, sweep and mop floors throughout your shift Check and restock the restroom regularly Leave the store cleaner than you found it — every shift, every time Also Monitor machines and troubleshoot minor issues Complete closing procedures independently Lift and move laundry bags up to 40 lbs Pick up and deliver customer laundry (P&D shifts) What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual — this is the single most important thing Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Friendly and professional, genuinely good with people Detail-oriented, with real standards about clean Comfortable with computers and technology Customer service, retail, hospitality, cleaning, or laundromat experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for Pickup & Delivery shifts; preferred otherwise Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Perks 40 lbs of FREE laundry each week Commission on Pickup & Delivery signups A consistent schedule you can plan your life around Supportive team at a growing local business Send us your resume and tell us about a time you solved a problem or took initiative at work.
