Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and garments are cleaned, pressed, and ready for use in a timely manner. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to clean various types of fabrics. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures. Perform dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring high-quality results. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including equipment and supplies. Inspect items for stains or damage and take appropriate action to address issues. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and garments. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and machinery. Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment used in laundry operations. Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
