Full Job Description Position Overview:

Linen Fresh Laundry is looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Laundromat Attendants. This role is essential in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers while ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This position will work an 8-hour shift Sunday & Monday and a 4-hour shift on Tuesday & Wednesday each week. Starting pay rate is $14/hr. plus commission, incentive, and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with machines, payments, and general questions Maintain cleanliness of the facility at all times (machines, floors, folding areas, restrooms, parking lot, trash cans) Perform Wash & Fold services, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging orders Follow daily cleaning and operational checklists including exterior of building Monitor machines and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs Handle transactions accurately and follow company procedures Uphold Linen Fresh standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and customer experience

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and consistent with schedule Ability to follow systems, checklists, and procedures Comfortable working independently and staying productive during slower periods Ability to stand for extended periods and lift laundry bags (up to ~25-40 lbs)
