As a Brow Artist/Esthetician at Your Brow Bar, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality brow services to our clients, including brow shaping, waxing, tinting, brow lamination, and other beauty treatments. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized services while maintaining a safe, clean, and relaxing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform eyebrow waxing, shaping, and tinting services with precision and attention to detail. Provide brow lamination, lash lifts, and tinting services. Offer personalized consultations and recommend services based on client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards. Keep up with the latest brow trends, techniques, and products. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Manage appointment bookings and client records with accuracy.

Qualifications:

Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in Arizona. Previous experience in brow artistry and waxing preferred. Strong knowledge of eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lamination techniques. Passionate about the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
