Duties Lead and oversee the daily operations of the injection team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction Perform advanced cosmetic injections including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other facial rejuvenation procedures with precision and care Manage appointment scheduling using salon or clinic management software such as Aesthetic Record to optimize client flow and operational efficiency Train and mentor team members on best practices in injection techniques, sanitation protocols, and customer service standards Conduct product demonstrations for clients to educate them on treatment options and promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless guest services, including consultation bookings, follow-ups, and personalized treatment plans Skills Proven management experience within a medical spa or salon environment with strong leadership capabilities Expertise in social media management to promote services, engage clients, and grow the clinic's online presence Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage therapy, hair threading, and body waxing Strong understanding of aesthetic enhancements Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a focus on client safety and satisfaction Knowledge of salon or med spa retail sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client consultations Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff Schedule Structure To support operational consistency and provider sustainability, the role includes: 4 days per week total (one Friday a month mandatory) 2 shifts: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM 2 shifts: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM 1 weekend per month required Additional participation in events, activations, and training as needed Join us as a Lead Injector where your expertise will elevate our clinic's reputation for excellence!
