2-3 days (depending on whether you're interested in pre-production) Project Synopsis Think ''The Graduate'', visually, but on a much smaller scale. This is a fast-paced 5 page comedy, revolving around a neurotic protagonist in a zombie sleepwalking state but with some slapstick comedy. It's heavily visual to convey the comedy of operating on no sleep. Jay can't sleep. When they do try to sleep their day starts and they are in a manic rush to get through it. Only problem they haven't sleep and so drag themselves in a zombie state through their day. Jay bumps into other barely ''awake'' sleepwalkers who suffer from the same malady and together they try to solve their constant sleepiness states. This is unfortunately not a paid position but only requires a short 2 day commitment on an August weekend. We've finished casting our principal roles, have locked all locations and we're looking to bring on a resourceful grip to help our talented Cinematographer with lighting and setups. We're lucky to have more equipment than expected but that's in order to make the film look as good as possible and connect to an audience We're seeking a Makeup Person who can help the actors look more tired for the aesthetic of the film. If this special effect type make up is in your wheelhouse please let us know. We're a tiny short film that's operating on a $500 budget. That's the budget for the film.
