Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser therapies with precision and care. Deliver hair styling services such as hair extensions, threading, coloring, and straight razor shaves while maintaining high standards of sanitation. Provide skincare services like facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs. Manage client consultations to understand their goals, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure informed consent. Utilize salon software such as Millennium or

to schedule appointments, process retail sales, and maintain accurate client records. Handle front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment scheduling, product demos, and retail sales upselling. Maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas to ensure safety and compliance with health standards. Manage social media accounts to promote services, engage with clients online, and boost brand visibility through creative content management. Assist in product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines or retail products to enhance their experience. Support the team in managing retail inventory and conducting client communication to foster loyalty and repeat business. Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in esthetic laser treatments, injectables (Botulinum toxin & dermal fillers), nail care, makeup application, and hair styling. Strong management skills with experience using salon management software like Millennium or

MINDBODY.

Knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes. Certified in cosmetology or nursing with additional training in aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels or tattooing preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments while providing outstanding customer service. Experience with body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, tattooing or barbering is a plus. Ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously while delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining client trust. Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, retail sales, and client records efficiently.
