Our lead aesthetician and owner, Jennifer, has been in the beauty industry for over a decade and has a passion for helping her clients feel beautiful inside and out. We are proud to offer a range of services such as lash lift, brow lamination, sugaring, threading, facial waxing, with the use of premium products. We strive to provide a high-end service and an unforgettable experience. We are looking to add one person to our team, specifically someone to specialize in brow styling, brow lamination , Lash Lifts, and or sugaring .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Cleaning salon during down time and at the end of the day
• Stocking supplies
• Updating inventory
• Being receptionist when you are not taking appointments ie checking clients in & out, answering the phone, booking appointments
• knowledge of services and products
• salon dishes
• maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including equipment sterilization and proper disposal of waste.
• Being at work on time ready to take the day clients. (That may mean 5-10mins early to be set up for your incoming clients)
• Helping your client feel seen, heard, and comfortable
• Practicing new skill at home if possible
• Assist technicians in preparing room for clients.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols for esthetic practices and body treatments.
• Potentially help with social media content
• Mapping every brow client
• listening closing and collaborating with client about their brows

Preferred Schedule Availability:

• Weekdays including one weekend day with flexibility

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in California
• Current cosmetology or esthetician license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude along with a desire to learn and grow
• 1 year of brow styling experience is preferred but not required
• certified in lash lifting preferred
