Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and tinting with precision and care to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to uphold health standards across all procedures. Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable services or products. Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring a smooth client flow. Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare, lash care products, and other beauty essentials. Stay current with industry trends in lash artistry, esthetic treatments, and advanced techniques like tattooing or body waxing to continually elevate service quality. Assist with front desk duties including guest check-ins, scheduling, and providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Lash Technician or esthetician with expertise in eyelash extensions and related treatments. Knowledge of management software such as Millennium or

for appointment scheduling and client records. Familiarity with salon software platforms for retail sales tracking and client management. Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic procedures including Botox (botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and hair threading or extensions is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their beauty needs. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while performing multiple treatments in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills combined with a lively personality to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. You must have a Lash Technician certificate and or esthetician license with experience in Lashes.
