This position is for experienced lash artists only . Our salon operates with back-to-back appointments and a steady clientele, offering a consistent and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident in providing high-quality lash services while maintaining excellent client care. Responsibilities Perform professional lash extension services including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with consecutive appointments Promote additional salon services and retail products when appropriate Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols Qualifications Must be licensed and certified as a Lash Technician Minimum of 2 year of professional lash extension experience required Experienced technicians only - no training provided Must be punctual, reliable, and professional Strong communication and client service skills Must be available to work Saturdays Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
