In this role, you will specialize in applying eyelash extensions to enhance our clients' natural beauty while delivering exceptional guest care. Your expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel valued, pampered, and confident. Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for each client Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for all services Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations for lasting results Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms Promote retail sales by demonstrating lash care products and offering personalized recommendations Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos and engaging with clients online Experience Proven experience in eyelash extension application, with certification preferred but not required Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to beauty services and lash application techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Experience in related beauty or wellness treatments such as brow shaping, body waxing, or makeup application is advantageous Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining a positive guest experience Prior work in a fast-paced salon or spa environment demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills Join us at Belle La Vie Salon and Spa where your talent will shine!
