The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, provides excellent customer service, and takes pride in creating beautiful, customized lash and brow looks for each client.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets. Conduct client consultations and recommend lash styles based on individual preferences and natural lashes. Perform lash fills and safe lash removal when needed. Provide eyebrow services such as brow shaping, waxing, tinting, and other brow treatments based on experience and qualifications. Educate clients on proper lash and brow aftercare and maintenance. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area. Follow all sanitation, safety, and salon procedures. Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for every client. Maintain accurate client information and appointment records.

Qualifications:

Previous experience performing eyelash extensions preferred. Experience with eyebrow services preferred. Knowledge of classic, hybrid, and volume lash techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team. Must meet all applicable Florida licensing and certification requirements for the services performed.
