This is an independent suite rental opportunity, not an hourly or salaried employment position . Each professional operates their own independent beauty business, maintains their own clientele and keeps the revenue generated from their services.

The suite has been thoughtfully designed to provide an elevated, modern environment where independent beauty professionals can grow their businesses and provide their clients with a luxury experience. The lash/brow suite features two individual workspaces separated by a privacy curtain, abundant natural lighting, large windows, illuminated mirrors, built-in shelving/storage areas and electronic access. Professionals also have access to shared amenities throughout LumiNina Beauty, including: Shared lounge area Shared restroom Balcony access Wi-Fi and utilities Hallway security cameras Free on-site parking Clean, quiet and professional environment

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for professional, reliable and motivated lash artists and/or brow specialists who already have or are actively building their own clientele and are ready to operate independently in an upscale salon environment. Ideal professionals are clean, respectful, client-focused and committed to maintaining the elevated atmosphere of the collective.
