The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional PMU experience , an active teaching license , and a genuine passion for helping students develop their technical skills, creativity, and confidence. This is a paid, in-person position with an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of PMU professionals through engaging instruction, hands-on training, and innovative teaching methods. For the right candidate, this opportunity may also develop into a potential partnership. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, hands-on PMU instruction in a professional and supportive classroom environment. Teach students proper sanitation, safety procedures, skin and color theory, facial mapping, and fundamental PMU techniques. Provide hands-on training in techniques including: Microblading Powder brows Lip blushing Permanent eyeliner Lash extensions Demonstrate techniques clearly and provide individualized feedback to help students improve. Develop and implement effective lesson plans, curriculum, demonstrations, and practical exercises. Manage the classroom effectively while encouraging positive behavior, creativity, confidence, and active participation. Foster a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable practicing, asking questions, and developing their artistic skills. Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, skill assessments, projects, and performance reviews. Maintain high standards of professionalism, sanitation, safety, and client care during hands-on training. Stay current with PMU techniques, industry trends, safety practices, and educational standards. Incorporate creative teaching approaches and visual learning methods when appropriate. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of professional PMU experience. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. Active and valid teaching license/credential applicable to the position and location.

Strong knowledge of:

Skin theory and skin types Color theory and color correction Facial mapping PMU procedures and techniques Sanitation and safety practices Demonstrated experience teaching and performing: Microblading Powder brows Lip blushing Permanent eyeliner Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate technical procedures clearly and provide constructive feedback. Passion for mentoring students and helping them build confidence and professional skills. Ability to work effectively with students of different experience levels and learning styles. Preferred Qualifications Lash extension experience. Laser hair removal experience. Experience developing PMU curriculum or educational programs.
