Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's eye shape and preferences Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards during all procedures, including sterilization of tools and workspaces Engage with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their results Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable lash care products and other beauty essentials during client visits Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continuously enhance your skills Experience Proven experience as a Lash Artist or in a similar esthetic or cosmetology role within the beauty industry Strong background in eyelash extensions application and maintenance Knowledge of other aesthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, hair extensions, or makeup application is a plus Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate clients on aftercare and product use Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and sanitation standards Prior experience in retail sales or upselling beauty services is advantageous Join us if you're energetic about transforming clients' looks through expert lash artistry!
