As a Lash Artist, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions, ensuring each guest leaves feeling confident and radiant. Duties Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction at all times Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following industry standards for hygiene and safety Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and maintenance routines Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms Upsell complementary beauty services including brow shaping, makeup application, or skincare treatments Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build client loyalty Experience Proven experience working as a Lash Artist or in a similar beauty industry role with eyelash extension application expertise Knowledge of esthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies is a plus Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or
