to schedule appointments, process payments, and manage client records efficiently Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their needs and service options Upsell retail products related to hair care, skincare, and beauty to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools and equipment after each use in accordance with industry regulations Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training Skills Proficiency with salon management software like

for scheduling and client management Expertise in hair care techniques including coloring, styling, extensions, and barbering with experience working in the beauty industry Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Skilled in customer communication, client consultation, and retail sales strategies such as upselling products effectively Ability to perform specialized services like straight razor shaves, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care Deep understanding of color theory and hair coloring techniques to achieve desired results Excellent store management skills including retail math for inventory control and sales tracking Effective mentoring abilities to support fellow professionals or apprentices when needed Clear communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive client relationships This role offers an exciting opportunity for licensed beauty professionals to operate independently within a thriving salon environment.
