We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Technician to join our team at Butterfly Kisses. As an Eyelash Technician, you will be responsible for providing our clients with exceptional eyelash extension services and enhancing their natural beauty. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This position requires weekend availability

Responsibilities:

Perform professional eyelash extension application, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired lash look and assess any specific requirements or concerns. Recommend appropriate lash styles, lengths, and thicknesses based on the client's natural lashes and desired outcome. Apply eyelash extensions meticulously, ensuring proper placement, symmetry, and bonding for long-lasting and natural-looking results. Demonstrate expertise in various lash application techniques, such as classic, volume, hybrid, or other specialized techniques. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following strict sanitation protocols and safety guidelines. Educate clients on proper aftercare procedures to maintain the longevity and health of their lash extensions. Address client questions, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash extension industry through continuous learning and professional development. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of lash extension supplies and products, ensuring an adequate stock is available. Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members to provide a seamless and cohesive client experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Eyelash Technician. Certification or training in eyelash extensions application is required. In-depth knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and styles. Strong eye for detail, precision, and artistic ability to create customized lash looks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their preferences. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper sanitation and safety protocols. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client appointments. Willingness to adapt and learn new techniques as per the beauty industry's evolving trends.
