Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance for their eyelash extensions
- Promote and sell retail products related to beauty and eyelash care
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and beauty industry
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in performing eyelash extensions,
- Knowledge of a software for scheduling and client management is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
