Full-Time, On-Site About Us 365 Lash Lift is a premier eyelash lift salon with hundreds of 5-star reviews from clients across New York. We operate two locations in sought-after areas — Midtown Manhattan and Flushing, Queens — offering a one-of-a-kind experience with private treatment stations, thoughtfully designed interiors, and exceptional hospitality. Our signature Korean lash lift techniques are not found anywhere else in NY. We attract a steady stream of new clients each month, and a large share of our business comes from loyal repeat customers. Because we specialize exclusively in lash lifts, our training is shorter and more focused than most salons, so you'll be ready to work with clients quickly. As a Lash Lift Technician, you'll deliver a high standard of customer service, consult with clients to understand their needs, and help maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform lash lift treatments Prepare and maintain a tidy, sanitary salon Complete daily reports Participate in team meetings Undergo periodic technique checks Track treatment material and product inventory Schedule We can work with your availability, but preference will be given to candidates who can commit to: At least 4 shifts per week At least 2 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) — 3 is a plus Availability for weekday evenings We're happy to discuss time off for travel and other personal needs Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States Flexible and willing to fully adopt our brand's techniques and standards (not for those who prefer to work self-taught/independently) Hold a New York State cosmetology license, or be able to obtain one immediately — we provide financial support for licensing Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team How to Apply Please email your resume, along with a brief statement on why you'd like to join 365 Lash Lift, to: recruit@365lashlift.com
